The Seiren Group, in addition to complying with domestic and international laws, regulations and social norms, commit to engaging in enterprise activities in such a manner conscious of the fundamental human rights.  Furthermore, as a member of the global society, we commit to avoiding discrimination for any reason as well as never engaging in any form of inhumane treatment such as forced labor or child labor.

Promotion of Human Rights Awareness

The Seiren Group commits to promoting the awareness of human rights among its employees by distributing  "Employee Handbook" to them to raise their awareness of respect for fundamental human rights and diversity as well as harassment prohibition.   Not only through the "Employee Handbook", but also through continuous education activities, we are committed to fostering our employees' human rights awareness.

Our mission is to offer to our customers the world's top-level quality products surpassing their expectations as viewed from their perspective.

Commitment to Quality

The Seiren Group commits to acquiring ISO9001 certification across the board to establish a world-class quality assurance system to continuously offer our high-quality products to our customers across the world.
Further to meet higher quality requirements for automotive upholstery materials, we have acquired certification of IATF16949, the International Standard for Automotive Quality Management Systems, and certification of ISO/IEC17025, laboratory accreditation ensuring the laboratory competence to carry out physical properties measurements with reliability.
Moreover, in recent years, to respond to our customers' requests for control of chemical substance content in our products, we commit to ensuring thorough control of our products in this regard throughout their production processes starting with the stage of procuring their chemicals and other materials, in addition to proactive acquisition of certification of OEKO-TEX®Standard 100, bluesign®, etc. mainly for our clothing materials to secure their product safety.

Human Resource Management

Creation of Comfortable Working Environment

We at the Seiren Group are aiming at enriching the lives of our employees and their families through their work. To achieve this goal, we commit to creating a working environment that allows our employees to strike a balance between their work and home life even at their important stages of life (such as marriage and childbirth), producing actual tangible results such as the achievement of 100% utilization of employee paid child care leave/nursing care leave benefits.
In addition, we commit to promoting the work style reform for our employees to create a workplace where they can work with "Nobi-nobi", "Iki-iki" and "Pichi-pichi" (which indicates self-motivation, responsibility and commitment, respectively) in addition to improving their working hours by increasing the efficiency of their operations through digitalization and systematization as well as encouraging them to utilize employee-friendly flexible work options such as paid leave, flextime and remote working.

Industrial Safety and Health

Industrial Safety and Health Activities

We at the Seiren Group commit to conducting safety patrols of our workplaces on a monthly basis for risk assessment on each of the workplaces to visualize any risk of danger (unsafety) hidden in the workplace and take appropriate measures to address any such risk.
In addition to such safety patrols at our workplaces, we are committed to reviewing our employees working there for their work performance behaviors and patterns to discover any risk of danger (unsafety) hidden in them and address any such risk through the relevant workplace safety and health committee to prevent any workplace accident or injury that may otherwise occur.
Furthermore, we have established a system in our organization in which each of our business sites is committed to offering its employees safety education to raise their awareness of safety to create a labor accident-free safe and secure workplace.

Traffic Safety Activities

We commit to eliminating any traffic accidents involving our employees while working at or commuting to and from our workplaces by regularly having them regularly offering them training sessions on traffic safety under the instruction of lecturers from outside our company.
In addition, we are committed to sharing information about areas close to our business sites where traffic accidents are likely to occur to present any traffic accident involving our employees that may otherwise occur.

Social Contribution Activities

Paintings Conservation & Restoration Project

Utilizing our original digital production system "Viscotecs" technology, we have played a supporting role in restoring damaged paintings to their original appearances.  Through its Viscotecs technology, the Seiren Group is committed to contributing to activities that allow valuable paintings to be preserved and passed on to the future.
